Visio — Terms of Service

Visio (visio.datamindxdz.com and the Visio mobile apps) is a videoconferencing service provided by DataMindX. By creating an account or joining a meeting you agree to these terms.
- Use the service lawfully. Do not record or transcribe participants without their consent where consent is required by law.
- Hosts control their meetings: recording, AI reports and their languages, participant admission and removal.
- AI transcripts and summaries are generated automatically on our own servers and may contain errors — Algerian Darija support is in beta. Check important details against the recording.
- Content you share in a meeting (messages, files, whiteboards, recordings) remains yours; you grant us the right to store and transmit it solely to operate the service.
- The service is provided "as is", without warranty. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
- We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Visio est un service de visioconférence fourni par DataMindX. En créant un compte ou en rejoignant une réunion, vous acceptez ces conditions.
- Utilisez le service légalement. N'enregistrez ni ne transcrivez des participants sans leur consentement lorsque la loi l'exige.
- L'organisateur contrôle sa réunion : enregistrement, comptes rendus IA et leurs langues, admission et exclusion des participants.
- Les transcriptions et résumés IA sont générés automatiquement sur nos serveurs et peuvent contenir des erreurs — la darija algérienne est en bêta.
- Le contenu partagé reste le vôtre ; vous nous autorisez à le stocker et le transmettre uniquement pour faire fonctionner le service.
- Le service est fourni « en l'état », sans garantie. Nous pouvons suspendre les comptes abusifs.

Visio خدمة لاجتماعات الفيديو تقدّمها شركة DataMindX. بإنشاء حساب أو الانضمام إلى اجتماع، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
- استخدم الخدمة بشكل قانوني. لا تسجّل المشاركين ولا تفرّغ كلامهم نصيًا دون موافقتهم حين يشترط القانون ذلك.
- يتحكّم المضيف في اجتماعه: التسجيل وتقارير الذكاء الاصطناعي ولغاتها وقبول المشاركين وإزالتهم.
- يُنشأ التفريغ النصي والملخصات تلقائيًا على خوادمنا وقد تتضمن أخطاء، ودعم الدارجة الجزائرية في مرحلة تجريبية. تحقّق من التفاصيل المهمة بالرجوع إلى التسجيل.
- يبقى المحتوى الذي تشاركه ملكًا لك، وتمنحنا الحق في تخزينه ونقله لغرض تشغيل الخدمة فقط.
- تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون أي ضمان، ويحق لنا تعليق الحسابات التي تسيء استخدام المنصة.
- قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويُعدّ استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث قبولًا لها.
