Who we are
Visio (visio.datamindxdz.com and the Visio mobile apps) is a videoconferencing service operated by DataMindX. Contact: contact@datamindxdz.com.
Data we collect
- Account: your email address, optional display name, and language preference. Sign-in uses one-time email codes; we never store passwords.
- Meetings: meeting titles, schedules, participants, chat messages, shared files, whiteboard content, polls and questions you create, and the meeting's language settings.
- Recordings & AI reports: when the host enables them, meeting recordings, per-speaker audio, transcripts and AI-generated summaries and minutes are stored on our servers.
- Technical: connection metadata needed to run calls (IP address, device type). We do not use advertising trackers or analytics SDKs.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: running your meetings, delivering invitations and meeting reports by email, and securing the platform.
AI processing stays on our servers
Meeting audio is transcribed and summarised on our own servers with locally-run AI models (speech recognition and a language model, including for Algerian Darija). Meeting audio, transcripts and summaries are never sent to third-party AI providers and are not used to train models.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Emails are delivered through our own mail service. Meeting content is visible only to the meeting's participants and its host.
Retention & deletion
Meetings, recordings and reports are kept until the host deletes the meeting or asks us to remove them. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact@datamindxdz.com.
Permissions used by the mobile app
- Camera & microphone: only during calls, to transmit your video and audio.
- Notifications: to keep a call running in the background.
- Bluetooth & calendar: optional — to use audio headsets and to add scheduled meetings to your calendar.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS/WebRTC encryption). Access to stored content is restricted to authenticated participants.
Politique de confidentialité (français)
Visio est un service de visioconférence édité par DataMindX. Nous collectons uniquement votre e-mail, votre nom d'affichage, votre langue et le contenu de vos réunions (messages, fichiers, enregistrements et comptes rendus IA si l'organisateur les active) afin de fournir le service.
L'audio des réunions est transcrit et résumé sur nos propres serveurs par des modèles d'IA exécutés localement (y compris pour la darija algérienne). Aucun contenu n'est envoyé à des fournisseurs d'IA tiers ni utilisé pour entraîner des modèles. Aucune donnée n'est vendue ni partagée avec des tiers.
Les réunions, enregistrements et comptes rendus sont conservés jusqu'à leur suppression par l'organisateur. Vous pouvez demander la suppression de votre compte et de vos données à contact@datamindxdz.com.

البيانات التي نجمعها
- الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني واسم العرض الاختياري واللغة المفضلة. يتم تسجيل الدخول برموز تُرسل عبر البريد الإلكتروني لمرة واحدة، ولا نخزّن أي كلمات مرور.
- الاجتماعات: عناوين الاجتماعات ومواعيدها والمشاركون ورسائل الدردشة والملفات المشتركة ومحتوى السبورة والاستطلاعات والأسئلة، وإعدادات لغة الاجتماع.
- التسجيلات وتقارير الذكاء الاصطناعي: عندما يفعّلها المضيف، تُخزَّن تسجيلات الاجتماع والصوت الخاص بكل متحدث والتفريغ النصي والملخصات والمحاضر على خوادمنا.
- البيانات التقنية: بيانات الاتصال اللازمة لتشغيل المكالمات (عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز). لا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية ولا أدوات تحليلات.
معالجة الذكاء الاصطناعي على خوادمنا فقط
يُفرَّغ صوت الاجتماعات نصيًا ويُلخَّص على خوادمنا الخاصة باستخدام نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي تعمل محليًا، بما في ذلك الدارجة الجزائرية. لا يُرسَل الصوت ولا التفريغ النصي ولا الملخصات إلى أي مزوّد خارجي للذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا تُستخدم لتدريب النماذج.
المشاركة
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث. تُرسَل الرسائل الإلكترونية عبر خدمة البريد الخاصة بنا. محتوى الاجتماع مرئي فقط لمضيفه والمشاركين فيه.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالاجتماعات والتسجيلات والتقارير إلى أن يحذف المضيف الاجتماع أو يطلب منا إزالتها. يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به بمراسلتنا على contact@datamindxdz.com.
أذونات تطبيق الهاتف
- الكاميرا والميكروفون: أثناء المكالمات فقط، لنقل الصورة والصوت.
- الإشعارات: لإبقاء المكالمة تعمل في الخلفية.
- البلوتوث والتقويم: اختياريان، لاستخدام السماعات وإضافة الاجتماعات المجدولة إلى تقويمك.
الأمان
جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة أثناء النقل (تشفير TLS وWebRTC)، والوصول إلى المحتوى المخزَّن مقصور على المشاركين الموثَّقين.
